Is Intellectual Ventures finding out that they bought
a bunch of bogus patents? Is the Federal Circuit
paying attention to the fact that the Supreme Court
put them on a "performance improvement plan"?
The Federal Circuit affirmed as to the ineligibility
of the asserted claims of the '050 patent and '142
patent, but reversed as to the asserted claim of the
'610 patent, resulting in finding all asserted claims
ineligible under ยง 101.
